Have a client project? You sell it, we build it. Share the business, the product, and the plan — we get a working demo ready for you to present.
What is MLM Bazaar's fulfillment model for agencies?
MLM Bazaar works as your subcontract fulfillment backend, not as a platform you resell. There is no partner program to join, no wholesale tier, and no branding of MLM Bazaar anywhere the client looks. You bring the client relationship and sell the project at whatever price your services justify; we execute the MLM-specific build — configuration, white-label setup, demo, testing, hosting, and platform support — for one standard fee paid by the account holder.
In short: the client is yours, the margin is yours, and the build is ours. Each client project is fulfilled as its own separate engagement with its own demo, scope confirmation, and account.
Who is this page for — and who is it not for?
This page is for agencies that deliver client projects using subcontracted fulfillment. You keep the client contract, client billing, and client communication; MLM Bazaar stays behind the scenes and builds to your brief.
- Marketing and digital agencies whose client needs a direct-selling or network marketing system to launch or migrate — you sell the outcome, we fulfill the system.
- Technology agencies and consultancies that prefer proven MLM fulfillment over building genealogy, commission, and payout logic from scratch for a single client project.
- Business-consulting agencies advising an MLM company on plan selection — use the compensation-plans hub together with the client to decide, then hand us the fulfillment.
It is not for agencies looking to white-label and resell MLM Bazaar itself as a standalone product, manage multiple clients from one dashboard (each client is a separate account), or earn referral commissions (there is no such program). If you are the MLM company owner yourself rather than an agency, start with the compensation-plans hub and the pricing page instead.
Why do agencies subcontract MLM builds instead of building in-house?
MLM compensation logic — genealogy trees, pairing and spillover, e-wallet and payouts, replicated websites, and auditable commission reports — is specialist software with a long tail of edge cases. For an agency fulfilling one client project at a time, building it in-house means months of engineering, ongoing compliance maintenance, and support liability that outlives the initial delivery and eats the project's margin.
Subcontracted fulfillment removes that risk:
- Plan-specific configuration — Binary, Matrix, Unilevel, Monoline, Direct Selling/Ecommerce, Donation, and custom plans configured to the client's compensation plan document, not a fixed template.
- White-label delivery — the finished system carries your client's brand and domain, never MLM Bazaar's or yours.
- Demo before commitment — you present a working system, tested with sample distributors and payout cycles, before your client commits to production.
- One fulfillment backend — configuration, hosting and domain coordination, 24×7 emergency support, and ownership terms inside a single engagement, so nothing falls between vendors.
What does MLM Bazaar deliver, and what does your agency deliver?
The fulfillment boundary is deliberately sharp: we build and run the system; you own everything client-facing, including your pricing. This table is the contract in miniature — agree it with your client before work begins.
| Area | MLM Bazaar (fulfillment) | Your agency (client owner) |
|---|---|---|
| Plan & build | Configures the compensation plan, genealogy, commissions, wallets, and white-label branding to the agreed scope | Brings the client brief and plan document, confirms rules, and signs off scope |
| Demo & launch | Working demo, testing, fixes and re-testing, then production deployment | Presents the demo, collects client feedback, and manages client approvals |
| Hosting & platform support | Managed hosting, backups, monitoring, and platform support — standard hours, 24×7 for emergencies | First-line day-to-day client handling; escalates platform issues to MLM Bazaar |
| Money & ownership | One standard fee (Rs 19,999, setup + Year 1) paid by the account holder; the account holder owns the configured system and can export data | Sets and bills its own client pricing separately — project fee, retainer, or bundled engagement, at whatever the agency's services justify |
Source code is never transferred and the platform core is never sublicensed — see intellectual property terms. What your agency sells is its own services around the engagement, not the platform itself.
How does a client project run, step by step?
- You bring the project. Tell us about your client's business, product, and preferred compensation plan — or use the compensation-plans hub to help decide together.
- We scope and quote. Same pricing as any customer: configuration starts from Rs 19,999 for setup + Year 1 as described on the pricing page, with custom plan work quoted separately. Who holds the account and billing — agency or end client — is agreed here, before work begins.
- We configure and demo. The system is built under your client's brand and you get a working demo to review.
- You present; your client tests. Testing and feedback run through you, so the client relationship stays yours throughout.
- We fix and re-test. Corrections are made against the plan document and verified before launch.
- We launch and support it. Standard support hours plus 24×7 emergency cover apply from launch; your agency stays in the loop and remains the client's first call for day-to-day needs. See security and hosting.
How does pricing work — and where is the agency's margin?
There is no separate agency rate card. Pricing follows the same structure as any MLM Bazaar project — the quote is identical whether it arrives through an agency or directly from the MLM company. That is exactly what makes the fulfillment model work: our fee is predictable, so your margin is plannable.
Our fee is fixed; your client pricing is yours. The account holder pays MLM Bazaar the standard fee on standard terms. What you charge your own client — a project fee, a bundled engagement, or a monthly maintenance retainer covering your scoping, project management, branding coordination, training, and frontline support — is entirely yours to set and bill separately. Many agencies bundle our fulfillment inside a larger client engagement; the spread between our fixed fee and your client price is your margin, and it grows when you attach ongoing services rather than passing cost through untouched.
| Included in Rs 19,999 (setup + Year 1) | Scoped and quoted separately |
|---|---|
| Standard compensation-plan configuration for the client's chosen model + white-label branding to their identity | Custom compensation-plan mechanics beyond the supported set (scoped after the plan review — see the compensation-plans hub) |
| Working demo you present to your client, plus testing and fixes before production | Mobile apps and major external integrations quoted after scope is understood |
| Standard setup on managed hosting and domain coordination (see security and hosting) | Larger integrations, data migration, and high-scale infrastructure needs |
| Standard platform support from launch (regular hours + 24×7 for emergencies) | From Year 2: hosting, domain, and support renewals per the service agreement (not lifetime bundling) |
Our fee is due from the account holder on standard terms (50% upfront, balance within 7 days of launch) regardless of how or when your client pays you — see commercial terms. Price your client engagement so the chain never breaks.
Who owns the finished system and data?
The account holder — whether that's your agency or your client, as agreed before work begins — owns the configured system and can export data and move hosting. MLM Bazaar manages the infrastructure but does not retain ownership of the client's business data. Export format, the 30-day post-termination window, and handover specifics are in the data ownership terms. No source-code transfer is implied — the platform core stays MLM Bazaar's property under the IP terms.
Who does the client call for support?
Your agency is the client's first call. Day-to-day questions, training, and anything covered by your own retainer go through you — that is part of what your margin pays for. Platform faults, hosting, and genuine emergencies go to MLM Bazaar under the standard support terms (regular hours, 24×7 for emergencies). Set this expectation with your client at kickoff and it stays an asset instead of becoming a dispute about who was supposed to answer.

Frequently asked Questions
Do you offer a partner or reseller program for agencies?
Not currently. Every engagement is quoted and priced the same way, whether it comes through an agency or directly from the MLM company. The fulfillment model needs no program: you sell your services, we fulfill the build.
Can I manage multiple clients from a single account or dashboard?
Not yet — each client is currently configured and managed as its own separate account. If you're handling several client projects, each one goes through the same fulfillment process independently.
Can the finished system carry my client's brand instead of MLM Bazaar's?
Yes — white-label branding to your client's identity is included in every engagement. Nothing your client sees carries MLM Bazaar's name.
Who owns the finished system — the agency or the client?
This depends on who holds the account for a given engagement, which is agreed before work begins. Either way, the account holder owns the configured system and can export their data — see the data ownership terms.
Can my agency charge its client more than your fee?
Yes. Our fee is standard and fixed, paid by the account holder. What you charge your own client for your services — scoping, project management, branding, training, ongoing support — is entirely yours to set and bill separately. Many agencies bundle our fulfillment inside a larger engagement or a monthly retainer.
Can I bring a client to review a demo before committing to anything?
Yes. Every engagement includes a working demo you can review, and show your client, before moving toward production. What you test is what goes live.
How fast can I have something to show my client?
Typical test-to-production timing is 3–7 days once scope and approvals are ready. This depends on project scope and isn't a guarantee for every engagement.
Do you offer volume or bulk pricing if I bring multiple client projects over time?
Not at this time. Each project is priced individually using the standard pricing structure — which is precisely what keeps your margin plannable across every engagement.
