Part of the suite, not a standalone product
E-wallet and payouts is one feature of the full MLM software, the holding and release layer between what the commission engine calculates and what members actually receive. You don't buy a wallet product; you buy MLM software and this feature manages wallets, approvals, and payouts inside it.
Your compensation plan and genealogy tree decide who earns and where they sit. Payouts pay on that lineage.
Commission management posts qualified commission to configurable wallets. That posting is what the wallet holds, not a separate calculation.
Holds balances per wallet, runs your approval and deduction rules for each withdrawal, then releases or holds, with the ledger and reports tracing the same entries. See also API & integrations for auto-bank payout via gateway API (separately scoped).
E-wallet and payouts is included per your MLM software package, except payment-gateway/API auto-payout, which is separately scoped. See pricing & cost drivers.
Who uses this feature
Built for teams buying MLM software, owners launching a new network and agencies setting it up for a client, and for the distributors who check their own wallet and raise withdrawal or fund requests without seeing other members' balances.
Choose wallet types per your plan, set which single currency is active, configure approval, deduction and payout thresholds, then test withdrawals and fund requests on a working demo before any real money moves.
Map the client's plan to wallets and payout rules, show manual approval and, when the client wants it, the auto-payout API handoff on a shareable demo, then hand off a tested build.
Each member sees only their wallets and history for the active currency, raises a withdrawal or fund request when eligible, and tracks approval and deductions, scoped to their position, not the company ledger.
Feature at a glance
Inside your MLM software, the e-wallet holds what the commission engine posts, per your plan's wallet types, and the payout workflow releases it through your approval, deduction and payout cycle rules. One active currency at a time keeps balances, ledger and history consistent from the wallet to the report.
Commission, repurchase, fund or other wallets as your plan requires, not a fixed product list. Each wallet holds balances for the single active currency (INR, USD, BTC or another you choose).
Withdrawal and fund requests flow through your configured approval and hold, with deductions (TDS, admin charges as you configure) and minimum or maximum thresholds applied before release. Manual approval is the default; auto-bank via API when you add that integration.
Every ledger entry and payout links to the member and the commission/genealogy lineage it was posted on, with BV/SV/PV and amount/currency display as you configure, so what the wallet shows is what reports reconcile to.
How payout works
Members don't receive commission directly, they withdraw from wallets that already hold the posted commission. Your rules decide when and how a withdrawal becomes a payout.
As you configure, no fixed threshold or deduction on this page. Auto-bank payout via API is available but is a separately scoped integration, see API & integrations. What you test on the demo (approval, deductions, thresholds, manual vs API release) is what goes live.
Multi-currency, one active at a time
Your installation runs in one active currency at a time. Not simultaneous INR+USD balances, you configure which currency is active, how its rate is set, and what members see.
| Configuration | How it works | Example | On demo |
|---|---|---|---|
| Active currency | Admin chooses the single active currency for this installation | Active: INR, or USD, or BTC as you select | Badge on wallet & ledger |
| Not simultaneous | Two currencies cannot be active together for one installation | INR and USD wallets at once, Not available | Disclosed |
| Rate source | Conversion / display rate set by admin, or pulled from an external API when configured | Admin-set 1 USD = ₹83.50, or external feed as you configure | As you configure |
| Switching | Changing active currency is a configured switch, not a member toggle | INR → USD or INR → BTC re-configured, ledger reflects new active currency | Shown on request |
| Display | BV/SV/PV volume labels plus amount/currency, both configurable | 100 PV → ₹500 or 0.0007 BTC per your labels and active currency | As you configure |

"active_currency": "INR",
"rate_source": "admin", // or "external_api" when that integration is purchased

INR, USD, crypto like BTC and others are available as the configured active currency, not as concurrent wallets inside one account. Both BV/SV/PV and amount/currency display are configurable (you can show either or both). Screenshots must show a single active-currency badge.
Rules you control
No fixed product defaults, every rule below is per your plan doc and tested on the demo.
Manual approval by default, held for KYC, rank or plan rule where you configure it; then approved or kept on hold.
Daily, weekly, monthly or as you define, plus minimum and maximum payout per request or per member per cycle, as you configure.
TDS, admin charges, service charges, percentage or flat, per your rules. Applied consistently before release and shown in ledger/history.
Manual settlement by default; auto-bank payout via Razorpay / Paytm / PayPal etc. API when you add that payment integration, separately scoped.
Two scopes, one workflow
Member view is scoped to own history, no member sees another member's wallet or the company ledger. Same members, different scope.
Configuration
Set once from your plan doc, applied to every wallet and payout, and re-tested on the demo before launch.
Commission, repurchase, fund or other wallets as your plan defines, not a hard-coded list. Each wallet type respects the active-currency rule.
Admin → member always; member → member when you enable it. Fund request after payment to admin → verification → auto-credit to wallet.
Request → hold → approval → deductions → release, with your cycle and min/max thresholds. Manual by default, auto via gateway API when separately scoped.
TDS, admin/service charges, minimum and maximum payouts, all configurable, no fixed product default.
One active currency (INR / USD / BTC etc.), rate set by admin or pulled from an external API where configured. Switching active currency is a configured change.
BV/SV/PV volume labels plus amount and currency symbols, configurable to display either or both, consistently across wallets, ledger and exports.
Demo before production
What you test is what goes live. The demo is the acceptance point, including currency.
Wallet types per plan, chosen active currency, payout rules, deductions, thresholds, hold logic and labels.
Confirm single active currency, rate source (admin-set or external API), and which transfer modes to enable.
Wallets seeded with sample members and commission posts across wallets, active-currency badge visible, test currency only.
Raise withdrawal and fund requests as different members, eligible and held cases, min/max cases.
Check approval, hold, TDS and admin charges applied as you configured; fund request approved → auto-credit confirmed.
Manual settlement and, where API integration is scoped, the gateway handoff payload for auto-bank payout.
Corrections re-tested on the same demo, not described after the fact. Active currency or threshold changes re-tested.
Only the approved wallets, currency, deductions and cycle ship. Typical 3 to 7 days when scope and approvals are ready, not a promise.
Visibility
Every wallet credit and debit per member per wallet type for the active currency, with lineage trace from genealogy/commission. Amount/currency and BV/SV/PV as you configure.
Request → approval → deduction → release log with net payable, payout method (manual vs API) and status, filtered by member, cycle or method and scoped by role.
Fund requests with verification and auto-credit trace; TDS/deduction summary for reconciliation, what the wallet shows is what the deduction report totals.

Proof, not promises
Explore a clear demo-style view of wallet balances, approval steps and member-scoped history. The figures are illustrative and use approved sample data.
A simple member view brings the total balance, wallet types and recent transactions into one place. Demo data only.
Members can quickly see request dates, amounts and whether each payout is approved, pending, paid or rejected.
Transfer funds, raise a fund request or view transfer history from the same member area.
These visuals use approved demo data only. Admins can see the full queue and ledger; members see their own wallet history. One currency is active at a time.
Scope & pricing, included in the software, except payment API
E-wallet and payouts is not a separate product, it is the holding and release feature inside MLM Bazaar MLM software. The wallet and payout configuration for your plan is included; the gateway/API that auto-pushes to bank accounts is not.
From Year 2, hosting, domain and support renew annually per the service agreement. GST invoicing customisation; SMS, WhatsApp and CRM integrations are part of the broader software scope, see pricing. Payment API scope above does not imply automatic earnings.

Questions owners ask before choosing wallets
E-wallet and payouts is a feature inside MLM Bazaar MLM software that holds commissions and funds in configurable wallets. Wallet types are set from your plan document, commissions from the commission engine post to those wallets, and withdrawals move through your approval, deduction and payout rules, one active currency at a time, with every step logged to the wallet ledger.
A member raises a withdrawal or fund request → admin reviews the hold status and deductions (TDS, admin charges as you configure) → admin approves → the system applies your minimum or maximum threshold and releases the payout. By default approval is manual; auto payout to bank accounts via Razorpay, Paytm, PayPal and similar APIs is available when you add that payment integration, which is separately scoped. What you test on the demo is what goes live.
You can configure any single currency to be active, INR, USD, BTC and others as you need, but two currencies cannot be active at the same time for one installation. The active currency applies to wallet balances, ledger entries and payouts. Conversion or display rate can be set by admin directly or pulled from an external API when configured. If you need to change the active currency, that is a configured switch, not simultaneous balances.
Wallet types are configured according to your plan, commonly commission wallet, repurchase or shopping wallet and fund or top-up wallet where your plan uses them, not a fixed product list. The same commission ledger that reports & analytics reads from is what credits these wallets, so genealogy → commission → wallet → report stay reconciled.
A member pays the admin (offline, UPI or as you define) and then raises a fund request in the software for the same amount. Admin verifies the payment and approves the request; upon approval the amount is automatically credited to that member's wallet. Admin-to-member credits are always available; member-to-member transfer is available when you choose to enable it.
No. Approvals, deductions including TDS and admin charges, and minimum or maximum payout thresholds are totally configurable per client. There is no fixed product default, you set the rules from your plan, test them on the working demo and the same configuration goes live.
Admins see the full payout queue, all member wallets and the complete ledger with lineage trace. Members see only their own wallets, their withdrawal and fund-request history and their ledger, scoped by role, consistent with their downline view in the genealogy tree.
Automatic payout to bank accounts via APIs such as Razorpay, Paytm or PayPal is available, but the payment-gateway or external payout API integration is not included in the Rs 19,999 setup + Year 1 standard scope, it is separately scoped and quoted. Manual approval payout and standard wallet and ledger features are included; auto-API payout is added only when you choose that integration. See API & integrations and pricing for what is included.
E-wallet and payouts is not sold separately, it is a feature inside MLM Bazaar MLM software. Configurable wallets per your plan, payout approval workflow with one active currency, fund request to auto-credit, wallet ledger and payout history with admin vs member scoping are included in the Rs 19,999 setup + Year 1. From Year 2, hosting, domain and support renew annually per the service agreement. Payment-gateway and external API integrations are separately scoped. Exact wording must match the service agreement.
It is a wallet feature inside MLM software, it holds and pays what your compensation plan posts. It is not a standalone e-wallet product or a crypto investment product. Whether a business model and its payout structure is compliant is for your qualified legal professional to confirm under applicable law, including the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021.
